Neće Srbin da ćuti (Serbian Cyrillic: Неће Србин да ћути, lit. "The Serb Will Not Shut Up"), also known as Буза бр.5 is the fifth and second-to-last installment of the Buza number series by comedian Jovica Ristić Buza, released in 1993 by Jugohit. Like most of Buza's work, the album has social commentary on current events albeit in a comedic manner. This album's is commentary on the breakup of Yugoslavia and is the only album whose main focus is on the breakup.

Unlike conventional war albums, Neće Srbin da ćuti is an audio play. Like his other albums, he will sing at times, but will soon continue with his speech.

Neće Srbin da ćuti would be released in 1993 by Jugohit. Lazarević Produktion distributed the album in Germany and would be one of the first releases of the label.
