I'll ask a friend for a translation and I'll see what else I can dig up on this guy. Couldn't find any source mentioning him as "Ciganović" though. --[[User:Ziwi|Ziwi]]
 
I know of this transcript! As for the article you shared Ziwi, it's about the situation in Ozren circa late '93 and basically says that "America" (who was apparently a part of SDS leadership) fled to America after getting the spoils of war along with other members of leadership fleeing elsewhere. The "Ciganovic" name is used on the [https://ucr.irmct.org/LegalRef/CMSDocStore/Public/English/Transcript/NotIndexable/MICT-15-96/TRS21010R0000634421.doc pages of his court proceedings], though are the only sources that I can find that say it. --[[User:Randomatribute20k|Randomatribute20k]]
