After releasing the Sretno brate sretno rode album in October 1994, JovanoviÄ released this album alongside "NeÄu suze".
In the same year, the album would also be released by the SDS Doboj label featuring a different j-card design and a different sponsor. The back of the j-card would also have a different layout, with any references to Nina Trejd being omitted and instead SDS Doboj is listed as the distributor and Milenko GligoriÄ as the Editor in chief.
