I've googled the guy and found a supposed court transcript from an official UN website, which mentions this:

19 As you can see, it's a meeting in Doboj, 6 February 1993. So
20 we're in the same time zone. And he says at number 2, meeting with the
21 political structures in Doboj, number 2:
22 "Slavko Lazarevic, aka Amerika, now called Ciganovic, lives in
23 Belgrade and has permission from Stanisic to form the Red Berets at Ozren
24 (Mico wrote an order for Bozovic to form a special unit at the CJB
25 Security Centre in Doboj), and these units would serve for taking out the

1     wealth from this area.-"

2             Now, my question is were you aware in your role at the border,

3     your role at Bajina Basta, that Mico Stanisic, Republika Srpska MUP, was

4     engaged in organising paramilitaries in the region of Doboj.  And in this

5     instance, according to Mladic, organising or giving permission to

6     Bozovic.  But just let's stick with:  Were you aware that Mico Stanisic,

7     commander of the Republika Srpska MUP, was engaged in giving permission

8     to special units in the Doboj area?

9        A.   No, I'm not aware of that.

10 Q. Have you ever heard of Slavko Lazarevic, aka Amerika?
11 A. No.
