I don't mean to be that guy but I can't think of any Indian languages that have the sound (unless you count Bengali). For ć I would say like how Brits say the T in "Tuesday" and for đ I would say like how (at least some) Americans say the d-y in "did you". Maybe you confused [dʑ] for [ɖʐ]?
