In present day, the album has survived through low quality files from old websites. Due to the low quality and similarities between Ogi and Baja's voices, it was assumed to be a lost Baja album.

The title track (listed as "Snegovi") would be featured on the 2015 compilation ''[[Zvezde SuperTon Produkcije]]''. SuperTon's official YouTube channel would also upload "Vuk samotnjak" in the same year. Despite their source listing the performer as Ogi, they would credit Baja.<ref>SuperTon Official. Shouldn't Sipka's album say no '''further''' scans? Also, could Nedjo Mitrovic - Za savez drzava srpskih and Nedjo Mitrovic - Bosna ce se djeliti na dva djela (turns out my copy was fake, the J card isn't even legit) be added? And final change, remove the part about the songs not being online from Bojic's and Puric's tapes, since the artists don't want them online.

Thank you RA20K, but I'm confused about Nije Lako Srbin Biti being removed. I can only find 7/8 songs online, with the lost one either being ''Ne diraj u srce'' or ''Ne diraj u Srbiju'', I can't tell with 100% certainty which one is which since the same song has been uploaded under both names. I remember I asked you about this before and you didn't really answer my question, so I'm guessing it came off like I was trying to get you to digi it, which even if you DID do digi requests, I wouldn't really want it too much because your tape is lacking in quality. Look, the site you're seeing here is very work in progress. It shouldn't even be public yet but for some reason Google is showing it when you search for it or its contents. Everything that's here, was removed or you don't see yet either has a reason or we haven't gotten to it yet. If you have a question about a tape, be patient, it will be answered one day. And as for tapes you see on here that you aren't aware of, we have solid proof for everything, we don't joke around here and that's why we're making this site in the first place. So far there's no website that properly documents this topic and Discogs is neither reliable, nor does it provide the amount of detail we plan to showcase.

Yo Vanilla. If I had a dollar for every time I saw an album with the wrong year, I would probably have a lot of money. Unfortunately incorrect details about an album happens a lot more often than you think. There was even a long standing debate on when Oj Manjaco came out when the answer was in plain sight (no, really). There's even some confusion on the chronology of Nedjo Kostic's discography post-war. And don't get me started on self-titled/eponymous albums and the subsequent mislabeling of them before I came to this scene! >.< So it could very well be that Ej Srbine preko Drine's release year is mislabeled.
As for Krajisnici pjevaju Srpskoj, we have been working behind the scenes to see what's going on. Unfortunately we've all been pretty busy with some irl stuff, but rest assured we are monitoring the situation! Despite his namesake, Neđo was born in Banja Luka. Before the war, he would smuggle illegal tapes. When the Yugoslav wars began, he enlisted in the army.<ref name=":0" />

Neđo would first be mentioned in the 1989 Dragutin Knežević Krunica album, ''[[Srpske Barikade]]''. During the war, he would make three albums: ''[[Oj, Manjačo]]'', ''[[Dosta nam je Ženeve i trača]]'', and ''[[Poručuje Đujić iz Čikaga: "Probudi se Srbijo"]]''. Songs from Oj, Manjačo would be featured on the RTVJ CD compilation, ''Koktel srpskih pevača''.

Post-war, he would write and perform with Delije sa Manjače from 1999 to 2003. In the 2003 album ''Joj ženo joj'', it included contact information for his services. He would then go onto release ''Desetka na keca'' and [[Neđo sa Manjače (Album)|''Neđo sa Manjače'']] in 2005. His sixth and last studio album, ''Novarinka'' would be published in 2007. Srpska zora (Serbian Cyrillic: ''Српска зора'', lit. "Serbian Dawn") is the fourth studio album by [[Dragutin Knežević Krunica]]. It was Released some time in 1989 on his [[Grafosaund]] label to commemorate the 600 year anniversary of the Battle of Kosovo.

Two iterations of ''Srpska zora'' exist with entirely different instrumentals and vocal takes. The cover of the first iteration showcases a medium close-up shot of Krunica edited on top of a greater version of the Serb coat of arms. Notably, the Grafosaund logo on the spine is also a much rougher variant only seen here and on its tape labels, as it consists of a hand drawn book and a half of the [[Jugodisk]] logo. The typography of the cassette is also uneven at times, in particular on the front cover. The back of the cover also contains blue text and for the first and only time music credits. The cassette itself also features the variant of the Grafosaund logo and slanted side indicators. The audio on the first iteration features music much different to Krunica's usual style, as its music is not as tight-knit and sometimes sounds like a demo. The poems on the album feature barebone instrumentals, mostly using sampled orchestras, choirs and on the last song Gedža's version of "[[Marš na Drinu]]" plays under Krunica's recital and sound effects. The songs themselves have much more traditional instrumentation but also use keyboards, which gives it a distinct sound not heard in other Krunica releases. The vocals on the album are also not perfect and include many voice cracks. All of these factors combined give the appearance that the album was either rushed, made under someone elses direction or simply Krunica experimenting with his sound. Ultimately he would rerecord the entire album, giving it a more typical Krunica sound akin to his other albums. The poems would feature original backing tracks and be more filled out and the songs would overall be more creative and have a polished and professional sound. Krunica would rerelease this updated album, first with the same cover design but then change it to a more hand drawn cover with an updated portrait at the bottom. The catalog number of this variant is unique though, as it is the only Grafosaund release not having "фи 5226" or a variant of it as the catalog number. This release would retain the same text on the back cover, but in black and white and remove the previous music credits, to replace it with a generic "Recorded in studio „AR-ton" Belgrade" like on other releases. The tape labels themselves are the same as the first issue. The third and most common variant combines both previous versions and features a large portrait of Krunica with a hand drawn Serb flag and artist name, but also the typography of the first issue. The back cover is the same as the second variant and the tape labels are also the same.

Like other music videos for the Nina Trejd albums in [[Najveći hitovi|''Najveći hitovi'']], this one is simplistic. The music video has a man in MOL68 fatigues and another in Lizard pattern in a deadlocked arm wrestle. Baja, dressed in an M93 shirt and Lizard pattern pants observes the wrestling. When Baja sings, there is a close up shot of him and when he stops, he continues to observe the battle. At the end of the music video, he crosses with three fingers, puts his arms behind him, and looks afar while the screen fades to yellow.

Compared to their other war-time releases, this album does not have as many war-related or patriotic songs, which gives the album the appearance either that it is rushed, or that the group wanted to publish backlogged songs.

The other version is notable for changing the subject from Sranjo to Franjo with slightly milder language. "Sranjo" is a mocking nickname for the former president of Croatia, Franjo Tuđman, and is a portmanteau of "Sranje" meaning "shit" and "Franjo". "Knindže Krajišnici" (Serbian Cyrillic: "Книнџе Крајишници", lit. "Krajina Kninjas") is a song written and performed by prominent Serb war singer Baja Mali Knindža. The song would have allegations of plagiarism due to the lyrical similarities to the 1992 Nazif Gliva song "Branioci Sarajevo" with the tune of the chorus being nearly identical to "Branioci Sarajevo". Whether or not it was genuinely stolen is hotly debated, though it is most likely that "Knindže Krajišnici" was meant to be a response or an otherwise Serbian version of "Branioci Sarajevo". ==Background==
After ''[[Zbogom oružje]]'' Baja went to Lazarević Production, who at the time was just starting to release their own original works rather than solely redistribute albums in Europe. Like ''Zbogom oružje'', Meri would be credited on the release as the photo selector using an original photoshoot rather than picking out from pre-existing ones. Unlike ''Zbogom oružje'' however, Baja would not reuse the "Mali Baja" moniker and from this release forward, would never use it again, with its only other appearance being in ''[[Plači voljena zemljo]]''.

With the collaboration with brothers Nenad and Novica Nikolić, the album's music would sound more updated than the previous two albums. While Baja's style would evolve continuously in future works, this specific direction would not be done again. Like Baja, this is the only release in their discography under Lazarević Produktion with a majority of the remainder of their work being published under ZaM.

While most content is original, "Bez zavičaja" is cover of the Nervozni Poštar song "Bez zavičaja sreće nema" from 1988, albeit with minor changes to fit the album's style.

== Background ==
Following the multi-party elections held in Croatia on April 22nd, 1990, the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) would win, with its political intentions being independence from Yugoslavia. With the political situation in the SR Croatia deteriorating rapidly and a rebirth of Croat nationalism, the Serb population feared for their safety and wanted their own independence from Croatia. The prelude to the Croatian War, the Log Revolution, came to be on August 17th, 1990 and lasted until December. Here the Serbs put up barricades strategically blockading roads with logs cut down from nearby woods, aiming to create their own state, the SAO Kninska Krajina. As ethnic tensions continued to grow, in 1991 the village of Borovo selo, a part of Vukovar municipality with a predominantly Serb population, was also barricaded on April 1st out of fear for clashes like the Plitvice Lakes incident just a day before. On April 14th there were meetings between the residents of Borovo Selo, led by Vukašin Šoškoćanin and Croatian authorities in Vukovar to secure some form of peace in the area, but to no avail as in mid-April three rockets were fired by Croat positions outside of Borovo Selo as provocation. This only fueled the fire and led to Serb paramilitaries being called by the residents out of fear for safety and protection and figures like Vojislav Šešelj agitating the already irritated population with speeches and recruiting them to fight.

On the 1st of May 1991 after Croat policemen entered Borovo Selo to replace a Yugoslav flag with the flag of Croatia, this resulted in an armed clash where two police officers were captured by Serb forces. Conflict would start on May the 2nd. After negotiations by Šoškoćanin and Croat authorities to remove the barricades and promises to resolve the conflict peacefully, two busses filled with Croat policemen entered the village. The Serbs saw this as an attack and paramilitaries promptly ambushed the two busses. Reinforcements came and a firefight ensued which lasted until 2:30pm. Twelve Croat policemen were killed and 21 injured in the ambush.

The conflict in Borovo Selo is generally seen as the start of the Croatian war.

''Borovo Selo'' was released when the Croatian war was underway and is generally viewed as one of the first cassettes made during the conflict. As a result, the musical style of the album is closer to traditional folk, which makes it unique compared to later war albums. Due to the topics covered, it is assumed that the album's release was mid-to-late 1991 by [[Diskos]]. It is Branko Marinković's first studio album and dramatizes the conflict in Borovo Selo, as well as the subsequent uprising of Serbs in the rest of Croatia. The songs are generally sad in nature with mention the loss of homes, possessions, and life. It also contains songs directed against Croat forces mentioning the clashes between them and Serb forces.

There are four known issues of the cassette: the first issue, which was printed by GIP Beograd in 1991, features a faded cover made out of thicker paper with a reflective gold print with the tape audio being in high audio quality. The second issue features a less faded cover made out of thicker paper and a more vibrant label, while the quality remains the same. The third issue uses thinner paper, has vertically centered text on the back of the J-card, has more vibrant colors with a non-reflective gold print and the tape the audio quality being great, but heavily saturated. The fourth release is almost the same as the third, except there is a misprint on the front of the J-card on the track listing panel.

On November 10, 2020, the album was released on Youtube via the topic feature and digital music streaming services. == Background ==
Following the multi-party elections held in Croatia on April 22nd, 1990, the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) would win, with its political intentions being independence from Yugoslavia. With the political situation in the SR Croatia deteriorating rapidly and a rebirth of Croat nationalism, the Serb population feared for their safety and wanted their own independence from Croatia. The prelude to the Croatian War, the Log Revolution, came to be on August 17th, 1990 and lasted until December. Here the Serbs put up barricades strategically blockading roads with logs cut down from nearby woods, aiming to create their own state, the SAO Kninska Krajina. As ethnic tensions continued to grow, in 1991 the village of Borovo selo, a part of Vukovar municipality with a predominantly Serb population, was also barricaded on April 1st out of fear for clashes like the Plitvice Lakes incident just a day before. On April 14th there were meetings between the residents of Borovo Selo, led by Vukašin Šoškoćanin and Croatian authorities in Vukovar to secure some form of peace in the area, but to no avail as in mid-April three rockets were fired by Croat positions outside of Borovo Selo as provocation. This only fueled the fire and led to Serb paramilitaries being called by the residents out of fear for safety and protection and figures like Vojislav Šešelj agitating the already irritated population with speeches and recruiting them to fight.

On the 1st of May 1991 after Croat policemen entered Borovo Selo to replace a Yugoslav flag with the flag of Croatia, this resulted in an armed clash where two police officers were captured by Serb forces. Conflict would start on May the 2nd. After negotiations by Šoškoćanin and Croat authorities to remove the barricades and promises to resolve the conflict peacefully, two busses filled with Croat policemen entered the village. The Serbs saw this as an attack and paramilitaries promptly ambushed the two busses. Reinforcements came and a firefight ensued which lasted until 2:30pm. Twelve Croat policemen were killed and 21 injured in the ambush.

The conflict in Borovo Selo is generally seen as the start of the Croatian war.

''Borovo Selo'' was released when the Croatian war was underway and is generally viewed as one of the first cassettes made during the conflict. As a result, the musical style of the album is closer to traditional folk, which makes it unique compared to later war albums. Due to the topics covered, it is assumed that the album's release was mid-to-late 1991 by [[Diskos]]. It is Branko Marinković's first studio album and dramatizes the conflict in Borovo Selo, as well as the subsequent uprising of Serbs in the rest of Croatia. The songs are generally sad in nature with mention the loss of homes, possessions, and life. It also contains songs directed against Croat forces mentioning the clashes between them and Serb forces.

There are four known issues of the cassette: the first issue, which was printed by GIP Beograd in 1991, features a faded cover made out of thicker paper with a reflective gold print with the tape audio being in high audio quality. The second issue features a less faded cover made out of thicker paper and a more vibrant label, while the quality remains the same. The third issue uses thinner paper, has vertically centered text on the back of the J-card, has more vibrant colors with a non-reflective gold print and the tape the audio quality being great, but heavily saturated. The fourth release is almost the same as the third, except there is a misprint on the front of the J-card on the track listing panel.
