Although the release year is not listed anywhere, it was not released any earlier than 2001 as it contains tracks from both the 2000 and 2001 festival of military songs and marches. It does not contain any songs from the 2002 edition of the festival (although a song with the same title as this compilation would appear there), giving it a likely release date of 2001/early 2002.
It was released as a cassette and as a CD-R. The tagline of the festival is taken from the song 'Četa korača u meni' sang by Nebojša Ljubičić and written by Sanja Ilić. The festival featured many popular singers of the time singing patriotic and military themed songs. Unlike the release of the 2000 edition of the festival, here the applause from the audience members can be heard before and after the songs. Another difference is that the duration of each song is not listed.
Vekovna znamenja
ukras su našeg stroja,
trobojka napred vijori
zastava tvoja i moja.
Pogledom piloti grle
naselja, polja rodna.
U luci mornara zove
beskrajna pučina modra.

Ljubav se ljubavlju vraća!
